PHYSICAL THERAPY TREATMENTS
Our physiotherapy treatments aim to alleviate musculoskeletal, circulatory, or neurological issues, provide pain relief, and assist rehabilitation using natural physical energies (such as electricity, ultrasound, laser, heat). Treatments are often combined and applied individually for optimal results.
What is it, and who is it for?
TECAR TREATMENT
TECAR therapy uses deep-penetrating radiofrequency energy to stimulate tissue metabolism, improve circulation, and accelerate regeneration. It’s an excellent choice for musculoskeletal pain, inflammation, sports injuries, and post-surgery rehabilitation. It’s effective and painless, with noticeable improvement after just a few sessions.
LASER TREATMENT
Laser targets pain and inflammation while stimulating healing at the cellular level. Penetrating deeply into tissues, it aids regeneration of muscles, tendons, and joints — a fast, pain-free procedure effective for both acute and chronic conditions.
ELECTROTHERAPY TREATMENTS
Targeted pain relief using various current types:
- Diadynamic current relaxes muscle tension
- Interference with vacuum delivers deep stimulation to tissues
- Iontophoresis administers medication through the skin directly to inflamed areas
Treatments are personalized and effective for chronic and acute musculoskeletal issues.
ULTRASOUND TREATMENT
Sound waves produce micro-massage in deep tissues, reducing inflammation, relieving pain, and supporting healing. Particularly effective for adhesions, scarring, and joint inflammation — painless, with a soothing warmth.
SHOCKWAVE THERAPY
Uses acoustic pulses to target pain origins. Effective for heel spurs, tennis elbow, shoulder calcification, or chronic tendon issues. It stimulates circulation, breaks down calcifications, and triggers natural healing — with fast results, without drugs or surgery.
MAGNETOLITH TREATMENT
Focused magnetic shockwave technology that deeply affects tissues, accelerating regeneration and reducing inflammation. It’s especially effective in post-fracture rehabilitation — aiding bone growth, improving circulation in the injured area, and supporting full functional recovery.
GAMEREADY TREATMENT
Simultaneous application of cooling/heating and intermittent compression — a modern solution for swelling, acute or chronic inflammation, and pain. Recommended after surgeries, sports injuries, strains, or tendon injuries. Shortens recovery time, reduces pain, and helps regain movement.
KINESIO TAPE
A flexible, skin‑friendly tape that supports natural function of muscles and joints. Useful for pain relief, swelling reduction, stabilization, and posture correction. Wearable during active life; complements manual therapy and exercise.
Benefits:
- pain relief for joint, muscle, or nerve-origin pain
- aids post‑surgery or injury recovery
- reduces inflammation in tendonitis, strains, or other inflammatory conditions
- complements treatments for musculoskeletal disorders: disc diseases, joint stiffness, degenerative conditions
- aids in muscle strengthening, relaxation, and spasm relief
- supports circulation and metabolic issues
APPLICATION AREAS
-
TECAR THERAPY – DEEP-REACHING REGENERATION WITH MODERN TECHNOLOGY
Treatment time: 10–20 minutes, 2–3 times per week, at least 48 hours between sessions.
Protocol: 10–12 sessions per course, repeatable every 4–6 months. -
LASER THERAPY – TARGETED PAIN RELIEF AND FAST HEALING
High-power or soft lasers aim precisely at sources of pain and inflammation. Laser energy penetrates deeply to activate cells’ self-healing processes. This modern, non-invasive treatment is especially effective for acute or chronic musculoskeletal complaints, strains, joint inflammation, sports injuries, and postoperative recovery. It accelerates wound healing and mitigates scarring. The procedure is quick and painless, often showing improvement after a few sessions.
Treatment time: 3–5 minutes. Initially, 3–5 daily sessions may be recommended; depending on condition and improvement, 5–10 further sessions at 2–3 per week. -
ELECTROTHERAPY TREATMENTS – LOCAL PAIN RELIEF AND MUSCLE STIMULATION
Electrotherapy is a clinically validated method for pain reduction, circulation improvement, and muscle activation. Various current forms are used depending on complaint type:
Diadynamic current helps muscle relaxation and eases acute pain and swelling
Interference with vacuum stimulates deeper tissues to relieve chronic pain and muscle tension
Iontophoresis delivers medication through the skin directly to the region of inflammation
Treatments are painless, individualized, and complement physiotherapy or other physical treatments.
Duration: 10–15 minutes; frequency: 2–3 times per week; typical course: 10–15 sessions. -
ULTRASOUND TREATMENT – DEEP SUPPORT AGAINST INFLAMMATION AND PAIN
Ultrasound uses sound waves to produce micro-massage in tissues, stimulating circulation, reducing inflammation, and accelerating healing. Especially effective for muscle and joint pain, adhesions, scars, and chronic inflammation. The treatment is painless, with a pleasant warming effect. It is often combined with other physiotherapy methods for greater effectiveness.
Duration: 10–15 minutes; frequency: 2–3 times per week; typical course: 10–15 sessions, repeatable in 4–6 months. -
SHOCKWAVE THERAPY – TARGETED SOLUTION FOR PERSISTENT PAIN WITHOUT SURGERY
Shockwave therapy uses high-energy acoustic waves to stimulate circulation, accelerate cell regeneration, and breakdown adhesions or calcifications. Especially effective for chronic tendon problems (e.g. Achilles tendon), heel pain (spur), tennis elbow, or shoulder issues. The treatment naturally triggers the body’s self-healing, often yielding rapid improvement. Pain decreases, mobility increases after a few sessions. The method is fast, safe, and does not require drugs or surgery.
Treatment per area: 5–10 minutes; frequency: twice per week; at least 5 sessions needed for meaningful long-term effect. -
MAGNETOLITH THERAPY – FASTER RECOVERY, COMPLEX REGENERATION
Magnetolith® is a focused magnetic shockwave therapy using high-intensity magnetic impulses to activate cellular regeneration. This painless method improves tissue blood supply, reduces inflammation, and accelerates the natural healing process — all without side effects. Effective not only for muscle, tendon, ligament, and chronic pain issues, but also in bone fracture rehabilitation. Clinical experience suggests it can help accelerate bone formation, improve circulation in the injured area, and support full functional restoration — especially when healing is slow or delayed.
Ideal for those who want to support their recovery with a natural yet modern and scientifically grounded method.
Treatment duration: 15–20 minutes; frequency: 1–2 times per week; over 4–8 weeks. -
GAMEREADY TREATMENT – COLD THERAPY AND COMPRESSION FOR FASTER RECOVERY
GameReady is an innovative, clinically proven regenerative device combining cooling and intermittent compression in one session, also suitable for contrast therapy (cold + heat). It specifically reduces inflammation, relieves pain, and improves lymphatic circulation, thereby speeding up healing after injuries or surgeries, or following intense sports loads.
Highly recommended post-surgery, for sports injuries, strains, sprains, tendon or ligament injuries, and swelling. GameReady shortens recovery time, helps minimize the need for painkillers — patients often report relief even after the first session.
Duration: 15–20 minutes; frequency: 2–3 times per week; course: 5–10 sessions. -
KINESIO TAPE – SUPPORT IN MOTION, NATURALLY
Kinesio Tape is a special, elastic tape applied to the skin to exert mechanical and neurological influence on muscles, joints, and connective tissues. Depending on application technique, it can help offload muscles, stabilize joints, reduce pain, or stimulate circulation and lymph flow.
Excellent for sports injuries, joint pain, muscle tension, inflammation, edema, posture correction, or load reduction. The tape is breathable, water-resistant, and comfortable for several days, even during active life.
Application is painless and quick, and it’s a great supplement to other physiotherapy methods.
Duration: 5–10 minutes; can be applied once or replaced every 3–5 days.
